There are a number of GMB Workshops to choose from -

  • Mobility
Participants will learn how to use the AAA Framework to improve and sustain their mobility needs. Participants will learn stretches through the Mobility routines that address their needs. This workshop will help them learn how to use their new ranges of motion in order to better sustain their mobility gains long term.

  • Locomotion
Bear, Monkey, Frogger, and Crab are the foundational movements we teach at GMB. Each movement and their progressions lay the foundation for physical autonomy that can be easily transferred to any other skill someone might want to work on or better yet their daily life.

  • Intro to Handstands
The handstand is one of the most sought-after skills in gymnastics and bodyweight training. It is also the base for a lot of other floor skills. It’s a pretty fun skill to train as well! The GMB approach to training handstands is simple and effective. Whether participants have never been upside down or already have a freestanding handstand, there is always something to work on. The handstand is a skill that can continually be refined as one improves their strength, flexibility and control.

  • Movement Exploration
As a GMB Trainer, we encounter a variety of clients who use our locomotion or strength programs. It isn’t uncommon for a client to become frustrated with their training session if they weren’t able to perform the Spiderman perfectly or hold a ten-second L-sit. It is our job as a trainer to help the client reframe their thoughts on a “bad” training session because truth be told there is no such thing!
Every session is an opportunity for you learn something new about yourself and to take carry what you discover into the rest of your day and the next training session you have. The Movement Exploration workshop is a brief glimpse into what a mindful practice can look and feel like.

  • Strength
Many people associate strength training with how much weight they can lift or how fast they can sprint, and while both of those are great, we like to look at strength differently. Our GMB Strength Workshop is our chance to teach others how to mindfully approach strength training.
Through the use of the AAA Framework, we teach the importance of daily assessments that allow us to adjust each training session to fit with how our body feels that particular day, allowing us to make gains in strength, flexibility, and control.
