StrongFirst is about following a plan. Our class programs are run in 6 week blocks based around a specific goal. We value consistency and great, healthy habits over ‘7-minute abs’. People who make a plan and execute it, are people who get results. 


We use Original Strength as our warmup before each class. It focuses on foundational movement patterns that allow us to build our reflexive strength, enabling us to live life better. The OS system will help anyone, regardless of age, physical or mental abilities to breathe, move, and live better.
